To provide the best possible care for a patient it is important for the patient and their family and carers, the patient’s GP, and Dr Clarke to communicate with one another. The first point of contact should be with the GP. The referral is then made by the GP to Dr Clarke. Debbie Williams is the PA for Dr Clarke and she handles all of Dr Clarke’s correspondence and appointments. Patients and their families are welcome to contact Debbie for information prior to seeking an appointment via their GP or specialist.
